Derrick Holland is a real estate and investment professional with nearly three decades of industry experience having worked on both construction and development sides of the industry. He has participated in a wide range of transactions across an array of asset classes from education, hospitality, health care, multifamily, retail, and more.
He has been involved with numerous award-winning projects such as Atlantic Station, Escambia Courthouse, 1010 Peachtree, DeKalb Medical Center, iVillage, Atlanta Beltline to name a few. Derrick’s work is inclusive of affordable and workforce housing development working with housing authorities, non-profits, government agencies, and political leaders.

With an over 20-year career in the real estate industry, Robyn Stokes has sought to bring creative solutions to real estate challenges specializing in marketing and management.
Stokes managed budget and property level operations for a $200M+ portfolio of land assets across the Southeastern region for private equity land manager, Stratford Land. As an Investment Manager for the firm, Stokes assisted in identifying, evaluating, and underwriting potential equity opportunities; oversaw the asset management for the company’s projects across the Southeast; and worked on the sales and marketing activities for properties in the region.
In addition, she managed infrastructure projects, worked on rezoning efforts, and was responsible for compliance and oversight for assessment districts totaling over $10M.
Clair is a 16+year veteran in the construction industry, participating in over $200 million of new construction of multifamily, office, industrial and tenant buildout projects.
Clair has delivered 1,382 new apartment units, and 100,000 sf of office, retail, and industrial space, and has served as subcontractor on 3,657 units of new multifamily development throughout the Southeast. He’s managed $3.5 million annual capital improvements budget of 25 properties in the Eastern region.
Prior experience includes work with Vestcor Construction Services, Elkins Constructors, Miatt Construction, ACS Partners, Edwards Community Construction Company, Milestone Management Company, and Compass Supply.
